Delete your Optimize Driver account
Delete your account and its personal data here, without installing the app. You can also do it in the app under Profile → Delete Account.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- Your driver's licence details and any licence, insurance, or registration documents you uploaded
- Your location history
- Push notification tokens and your support conversations
What is kept
Completed delivery records — that a package was delivered, when, and the proof captured at the door — are kept in de-identified form where the logistics company has a legal or contractual obligation to keep them. They are no longer linked to you by name or contact details. See the privacy policy for details.
How long it takes
Immediately. Once you confirm with the emailed code, the account is deleted and you are signed out of every device. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion
We'll email a confirmation code to the address on the account, so nobody else can delete it for you. Stuck? Email support@vlolabs.com.
